Not a bad start but you need to replace a few old cards with some newer effect monsters. Also you need to keep up with the limited lists. You have illegal cards in your deck.

-White Magical Hat
-2x Archfiend Soldier
-Time Wizard
-MoF (limited to 1)
-Silent 5 (Keep until you get another Jinzo)
-Wall

-Smashing Ground (limited to 1)
-Monster Reincarnation
-Forceful Sentry

+Jinzo (more consistent than SS LV5 since you already have Jinzo & Decree)
+Cydra
+Marshmallon
+Reaper
+Don Z.
+WotBF
+Reflect B.

+Reborn
+MST
+LV

Thunderer thanks for the insight.
as you can see my deck is based around the envoy cards but also
the negation of trap cards. also the depletion of my opponents hand helps prevent having powerful magic cards destroy my monsters. so i believe white magical hat and forceful sentry should stay for the time being. until of course i buy another don zaloog. DOESNT the new traditional list go in effect monthes from now so having another MOF and SG is okay. right ? archifiend soilder i beleive is a good card to have in my type of chaos deck, its a good attack monster. also a dark monster, so combos like monster reincarnation ( also useful to bring back a destroyed envoy ) i can discard a dark monster of course allready having light in the gravyeard to s. summon an envoy. wall of illusion is a good dark stall card if you may, but i considered taking it out for another night assailent. do you agree ? my combos are easily accomplished and could easily be used to win very quickly. i considered to take out time wizard for a blade knight. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and help me out. my deck has a long way to go but with differnt opinions and comments im sure it can only get better. if you have any more recomondations on my deck please do comment me back.

thanks for " trying to help "
but maybe you should tell me why i should take out those cards.
i understand adding a ring of destruction is good.
also a wotbf switch out for a sangan.
butt my royal decrees i beleive should stay.
keeping my trap count low, and using royal decree serioulsy harms my opponents.
monster reincarnation , discard a card ( light or dark ) to bring back a destroyed envoy... very usefull. tribute to the doomed same concept discard a light or dark also to destroy maybe an opponents strong monster. which leaves your oppoent wide oppen for a easy attack.
also thanks for the update for the limited list for my deck. i will take out a MOF.
thanks for your help.

i can see your logic with reincarnation and tribute, but the thing is, what if you're topdecking, and you draw reincarnation or tribute with nothing to discard?

as for royal decree, it's too much of... what's the word... "impractical," i guess. you see, with decree, it stops all traps, takes up one of your s/t zones, and once its gone, there's nothing to get it back in an emergency. however, with jinzo, he's an attacker (so he's not just taking up space), can be killed or tributed in an emergency, or you could chain a CotH to bring him back in response to your opponent's uberly cheap trap. plus, he's chaos food... yumyumyum CED lieks da jizno
