Seems weak to me, I think it should have some counters on it and be good for 2 tappings like that cycle of cards from Mercadian Masks. Also think it would make a nice cycle with :g::w: / :g::r: / :r::b: / :b::u: variations.

may be remove the come into play tapped and add "you may use this mana only to play white of black spells or permement ability."...???

Maybe what you can do is, "2, T: Add WB, WR, UG, BG, or RU to your mana pool." Since flavorwise, Yin and Yang are opposites.

And have a generic "Add :1: to your mana pool" ability.

As is, this is a horrible ancient spring.
The other posts also make other good points.
Also Temple of Ying/Yang sounds kinda silly to me.

what about:
t:add w to your mana pool. Use this only to play blacks spells.
t:add b to your mana pool. Use this only to play white spells.
