When those two are in my yard at the beginning of upkeep, can I get them both or does Nether Spirits ability trigger only if it`s only creature in grave? Also when I sacrifice either one of those to Braids, can I get it back at the same upkeep?

I ordinarliy would think that it could return, but apparently that's not the case.
Q: If I have a Nether Spirit and a Pyre Zombie in my graveyard, at the beginning of my upkeep, can I put the Nether Spirit's ability on the stack, and then return Pyre Zombie to my hand, thereby letting Nether Spirit return to play?
A: No. The Nether Spirit's ability doesn't go on the stack at beginning of upkeep because its condition (being the only creature in the graveyard) is not met.
And a definate no on the braids question. All "At the begining of your upkeep" triggered abilities are stacked before any of them begin to resolve.

This is known as the intervening if clause. Triggered abilities which say "at this time, if this is true, do this" only trigger if the condition is true at the time in question, and also only resolve if the condition is still true when it comes to resolve.

Ok, that`s how I thought it might be. I guess having one Spirit in yard and other in play with Braids works as loop? Just have to stack Braids trigger first.

That's correct. Because if you stacked Braids' ability second, then the Nether Spirit's ability would not resolve, as the other Nether Spirit would be in the graveyard along with it.
