I believe this a card that completely stops attack from powerful Fusions like Chimeratech, BEUD, and Elemental Hero Fusions. Maybe switch it to say "All monsters that are Fusion Summoned are also considered Special Summoned monsters", although that is the case with Yu-Gi-Oh now lol.

This card is broken because it breaks the Fusion Summoning rules of Yugioh. It allows you to almost instantly summon any Fusion monster you have summoned before. Cyber End Dragon, VWXYZ, E-Heroes, these cards are all possible with Fusion Confusion. All powerful Fusion monsters that were made hard before are now easy to summon.

Since the monster can't attack the turn it's activated, it's not as broken as you think.

Thats exactly why i created it. Stupid e-heroes saying they cant be summoned except by fusioning. If this card were real then Metamorphosis and other similar cards like magical scientist could be used to bring them out :) . (if metamorphosis werent banned. Im not sure.)
