Since Rise of the Dragon Lords is a piece of ****, I'm gonna make my own dragon strategy structure.
This deck is an integration of new card ideas along with my first fantasy structure deck- Dragon Evolution, which focuses on a new type I made- Burst Dragon. Burst Dragon type monsters are treated as Dragon types as well.

Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon's Trios Doom Chains
Equip Spell
This card can only be activated when there are 3 or more dragon-type monsters on your side of the field. This card's effect is negated if your opponent has 2 or more spell/trap cards on the field. If the equipped monster attacks a monster on your opponent's side of the field whose ATK is higher than the ATK of the attacking monster, decrease the ATK of the attacked monster equal to the ATK of the attacking monster.
Future Technology Physical Integration Process
Ritual Spell
Send one Ultimate Flash Dragon from your side of the field to the graveyard. Then ritual summon one Galactic Hypertech Flash Dragon from your hand.
