plz dont ban deep diver

nuff said...some body got me scared about this in a rules thread where they were asking when these wc08 cards were tourny legal

i just spent the last 3 days making my exodia extra nasty with grizzlies and deep diver and just add vortex trooper

i wanna keep the deck that way
and i wanna rename deep diver "deck diver"

i know how u feel with the up coming ban. when ever they ban such and such cards, someones deck always gets ruined. im hoping raiza gets limited, b/c that card is dominating the meta game, and has an unfair advantage. ladd should be limited as well, (even though i run 3) just to be fair to all duelists. pretty much with those cards, it all comes down too who draws such and such first will win.

umm if im not mistaken March i think or is it febuary dang it i forgot lol but its one of those months for sure..Plz UDE don't bann my D-DRAWS i spent over 50 dollars for these piece of card board lol and payed 150 for x3 D-DRAWS(yes im biased lol).But like i told spaulding don't worry they won't ban the deep divers due to the fact that they have to be destroyed by battle which isn't that broken imo.

it just seems pretty crazy out in the meta now with deep diver to give you your next draw and foolish burial to abuse your grave...i think its fun....i sure got easier to get my exodia head in the last few weeks:D

Deep Diver won't be banned, it hasn't made a humongous impact on the meta-game.

It hasn't effected top tier decks and hasn't dominated the meta-game in the slightest.

If anything it's a card that supports lesser used deck-types and helps bring a more varied meta-game, which is why the ban list is even created.

Well, when there is a huge impact card in the meta, they have a mid-format ban/limitation. Cyber Stein was banned on Dec. 27/06 so We won't know until the new year. But the main list comes out in March/April (Its normally April, but last year it was March). Don't worry about Diver, he ain't going no where!

hasnt done anything yet, it would need at least 5 sjc top 16 to get questioned. Im quite sure it wont be touched

This card is not really a sleeper. Other than specialized Decks, it wont see enough significant play to get Banned or Limited. If all else fails, Disturbance Strategy will start gaining play to make Diver all but useless.

Last year, the Ban List was permanently moved to March and September (from April and October) to sync up with the OCG Ban List release.

deep diver is not good, as it has to be destroyed by battle and while it can search any monster it doesn't have the best stats and it goes to the top of ur deck. if anything if it sees a huge amount of play it would maybe be semi-limited or limited at the most.

don't worry deep diver won't be banned ever. if the card from deep diver went to ur hand then yea worry but as it stands it won't be touched
