I keep trying to beat Wattson but whenever i reach his Magneton i keep dying. Hear are my pokemon's stats:
Aron - lvl 25
Pelipper - lvl 25
Vigoroth - lvl 25
Grovyle - lvl 25
Dustox - lvl 23 (about to turn to lvl 24)
I use Aron most of the time but whenever i get to Magneton it kills her off. Then vigoroth does some damage but Magneton still kills it. Then Pelipper probably does some of the most damage if Magneton doesnt use Shock Wave. After that im doomed. Please help. Give any tips that would help me. Thank you.

Ever since they gave Magneton levitate, I've had the hardest time. You can't use ground, and if you're real unlucky the stupid thing has magnet pull or something and your trapped to get beat up. Do you have ANY pokemon that is fire or can learn a fire move? Fire + steel = crispy-fried.

You could either go back and catch a shroomish and raise it till it evolves then wail on magneton with mach punch or go back and catch a makuhita who after a little bit of training should be able to slap the floating magnet about with vital throw and arm thrust.

I agree with Pikachu. I went over every option when I was in that situation and Breloom was the best answer if you started with Treeko. Breloom can deal serious damage to Magneton and it won't take that much damage from electric attacks. Plus it doesn't take long for Shroomish to evolve. From now on Shroomish is one of my must catch Pokemon since it got me out of trouble so many times.
Unless you start with Torchic or trade you won't get a fire Pokemon without Rock Smash (as far as I know) and to get Rock Smash you need to beat Wattson.

Having Combusken for Wattson meant I had no troubles, and the fact that Hoenn has barely any fire types at all really does not help matters when it comes to taking down that Magneton.
One option is to train up your Pokemon a few more levels, brute force and stronger defenses will certainly aid you.
Also, you can look into destroying Magneton before it can destroy you. If Grovyle has Toxic, hit it with that, and flash it. Flash it till it can't hit you at all. For that, you're going to need something strong in defense - so go with Grovyle, and some potions etc would be awfully handy. With it's resistance to electric attacks, you should hopefully be able to last the 5/6 rounds necessary to destroy Magneton's accuracy.
With Magneton unable to hit you and losing health rapidly from poisoning, it's only a matter of sending something out to finish the job.
This is certainly the strategy i'd consider.

one problem, Gary, and that's Magneton is immune to poison (Steel types are immue to poison)
But yeah, if you can't use fire move, or are unable to have a fire type for one reason or another, the best option is simply to level up and use brute force against the thing. another good option is if you have a ground type pokemon. (not sure if you can get them at that point int he game, I can't remember) because even if Magneton has levitate, it can't hurt you with it's electric attacks, so even if you can just do normal damage to it, at least you're better off than another pokemon who receives damage from Magneton's electric attacks.

Mageton doesn't have Levitate.
Use Fire, Fighting, or (especially) Ground attacks since it has a 4x weakness to them. Grovyle could help by using Screecha few times. Then bring in your Aron and hit it with a 4x effective Mud Slap. Sacrificing Vigoroth to put Maggy asleep with Yawn would be a good idea too. But before you battle him again, you should prolly level your Pokes up a bit.
