post cards that you think are under-rated nowadays
i'll start things off with:
does anyone still use jinzo #7?

Not really. Jinzo #7's been overshadowed by Inaba White Rabbit and Raging Flame Sprite.

I've got an underrated one:
Why was Harpie's Brother Shunned??????????It used to be the perfect beatdown monster. WTF HAPPENED???

Because it got weak cause 1900 attack mosters that were rare and cheap came out and harpie decks suck

Jinzo #7 is inferior to Raging Flame Sprite.

I know that 1900's came out, but it doesn't have to be in a Harpie deck. It was great in the days before Chaos, Yata-locks, Paladins, and more!

I may be biased, but to this day I believe people under-rate Ceasefire too much. I think its a perfect card in any way, shape, or form these days. That's all.

No, it's not, because pretty much no one will have more than 1 face down monster for more than 1 turn.

Jinzo #7 was the highest direct attacker for a while, but even then it was not used much. Inaba and Flame sprite are better if you need a direct attacker.
Harpie's Brother was in many beatdown decks because of the rarity of the 1900s, but now that 1900s are becoming common (FET has an 1900 insect common even) most of the 1800s people use match the theme of the deck (mostly dark or light because of Chaos monsters)
Ceasefire is wonderful, since you do not have to have a face down monster at all as long as there is at least one effect monster on the field you are going to do damage. I average 2000 damage each time I use it, only once did I do 5000, but that was against a stall deck. Back when Jinzo was easy to get out of the deck, thanks to Witch of the black forest, it was not ran as much, and now in advanced play I run it in almost every offencive deck I play.
my pick for under rated card: Penguin Soldier.
Yeah, Penguin Soldier is an under rated card. My friend runs three though, lol. Another card that is under rated is Back to square One.

jinzo# 7 can be used with machine duplication though but not many would dare try to create a deck with it.
My pick for underrated card is Ninjitsu art of transformation
the cards great i guess the only reason many ppl dont focus on it is because their arent many ninjas worth running. ive created a ninja/chaos/beats deck out of it though and its pretty good. i think ninjitsu is worth it, u play a ninja and let the fun begin. i only use strike ninja and ninja grandmaster sasuke in my deck, ninjitsu is great for chains to snatch etc. you can get a lv 7 beast from deck or had for gods sake which i use to use big koala but now i use Behemoth the king of all beasts. ninja decks period are underrated
Behemoth the King of all Animals

I agree with RuneKing. Now that we have a few more beasts (i.e. Behemoth), Ninjitsu Art of Transformation will become more viable. Strike Ninja isn't too shabby either.

Blast Magician, people consider him weak because of his attack points, but in a well built Magician Deck Spell are abundant as is defense for weaker monsters, giving Blasty much more of a chance to kill something.

Android/Jinzo #7: Still a good card, even with the arrival of Inaba White Rabbit and Raging Flame Sprite
Heh... in a way, Raging Flame Sprite is inferiour to Jinzo #7 (*coughMessengerOfPeacecough*)
Harpie's Brother should've NEVER been called like that! I mean, his original name was BIRDMAN!
And just LOOK at the art! Does he look like a Harpy?
Anyway, yes he used to be an excellent Beatstick. And even nowadays, he still is. I run 3 in my yvd Wind deck, and it's actually pretty good.
Ceasefire... heh...
My favourite card. Nuff sed.
Penguin Soldier... wow, that's my favourite Bouncer...! And here's the reasons why...
- Its effect is optional; you can return 0, 1 or 2 monsters to their owner's hands.
- The selected monsters can be yours AND your opponent's, provided that you select 2 at maximum.
- Having your Jinzo/BLS/CED sent back to your hand can be REALLY annoying... nah, scratch "Can be"... it IS really annoying!
- Its ATK is superiour to most Flip Destroyers/Bouncers (I think)
- Its art is cuter than ALL Flip Destroyers/Bouncers:p
No comments on the Behemoth...
...and Strike Ninja has its own DECK! No, really! I'm serious!
And Blast Magician is an excellent card in Magician decks...
And Toll is a great card in Stall n Burn decks... or Final Countdown decks... or just Stall decks... heh, ANY deck that doesn't rely on attacking takes its advantage outta this card!;)

Ouch, I got pwned.
Ceasefire does wonders. Not so good at my local though, 2 people running water decks with 3 Nightmare Penguin apiece. It doesn't stop their effect. Only Flip Effects used commonly near me are Night Assailant and Penguin Soldier, who is SO OVERUSED at my local.
Underrated? Spirit monsters not named "Arrogant Crow". The Spirit bounce deck, using Ultimate Offering, Spirit's Invitation, Spring of Rebirth, and Mysterious Puppeteer is incredibly powerful. 3 Susa Soldier clears out the 1900 attackers, and the Invitation bounce gets rid of BLS. Then they summon another 1900 attacker - you Ultimate Offering a Susa Soldier in, and bounce them away and the end of the turn. Lethal Lethal LETHAL.

best combo which includes Penguin soldier?
penguin soldier + card destruction
Other good Penguin Soldier combos:
Penguin Soldier + Des Koala
Penguin Soldier + Disturbance Strategy
Sure, these combos are sub-par, but just give em a try! ...or not.:p
