Tournaments?

Just curious, but has anyone actually participated in a team tournament using the UDE rules yet? I want to run one but we haven't actually had time to do so at the shop. Mostly because I don't want to forego the standard tournament, and we generally don't have alot of time to do another tourney afterwards (We have a D&D group that takes over our store space those evenings).

Thats the same situation at my shop. Many people either leave the moment they are done in the tourney or move on to one of the other games (D&D, Settlers of Catan, Pokemon, WoW tcg, hero clickx etc) we play on Saturday.

I am going to talk with the store owner, and maybe set it up so that in a couple of weeks we do forgo the standard tourney and try this out. We have about 12 people normaly a week, we could turn that into a 6 team tourney.

also, I really gotta get my hobby shop goin on this, but I dont think its gonna happen as theres not enough ppl who play the expert tourney to start one up.
