Since people seem to like creating elemental villians, what if there was a similar set to face off with the D-Heroes?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Destiny Villian - Jinada

1500 ATK
1200 DEF

If this card is selected as an attack target, flip a coin and call it. If called correctly, negate the attack. If this card attacks, flip a coin and call it. If called correctly, double this card's original ATK during the damage step only.

Destiny Villian - Tracker
Dark
6 stars
2000 ATK
1000 DEF
Warrior/Effect
If this card attacks a monster, roll a die. If the result is a 1 or 2, destroy the defending monster. If the result is a 3 or 4, reduce the ATK and DEF of the defending monster by half. If the result is a 5 or 6, the defending monster's ATK/DEF becomes 0 until the end of the turn.

Destiny Villian - Lightning Slasher

Destiny Villian - Crasher

Destiny Villian - Lord Venge

When this card is sent to the graveyard, you may Special Summon from your hand or graveyard as many "Destiny Villian - Prideful" as you can.

Destiny Villian - Doom Guard

During each of your opponent's End Phases, place 1 "Energy Counter" on this card. While this card has 5 or more "Energy Counters" on it, "Destiny Villian" monsters that the controller of this card controls cannot be selected as attack targets. When this card is destroyed, destroy a number of cards on the field equal to the number of "Energy Counters" on this card. If this card is destroyed with 5 or more "Energy Counters" on it, special summon from your hand, deck, or graveyard 1 "Destiny Villian - Lord Venge"

Malific Destiny

Villians Unite!
Counter Trap
Activate only in response to an effect that would destroy 1 or more "Villian" monsters you control. Negate the activation and effect of the Spell/Trap/Monster card and destroy it.

V-Counter
Normal Trap
Activate only when a monster with "Villian" in its card name is selected as an attack target. Destroy the attacking monster.

Villian's Mirage
Normal Trap
Activate only when a "Villian" monster is destroyed. Return any "Villian" monsters destroyed this turn to the owner's hand.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
So what do you all think? The way I worded some of these they can be used with "Elemental Villian" sets, and I think that makes some of them more playable.

The cards are too powerful, The monster Tracker for example regardless of the roll of the dice it gets an advantage, it should have at least one negative effect of the roll

There IS a negative effect. The fact that he only gets the dice-roll advantage when Tracker himself attacks. If a monster attacked him, he would not get his dice-roll because he was not the one attacking. He's a powerful offensive, with little defensive, which is his key weakness.

And something else, the Destiny Villians have the main focus of being on the offensive, as opposed to having some defensive skills. Their philosophy is that the best defense is a good offense. The only ones with ANY defensive power are Jinada (50/50 chance of defense) and Doom Guard (forces a discard during your standby, so if you have a low hand, he doesn't help you too much. Also, if for some reason you have 0 cards in your hand during your standby, he's destroyed and YOU take the 1000 damage.)

Everybody has the idea of making Villains, it is all human nature. To be honest, without anything to compare to, we cannot define good or evil, hero or villain. W/o evil, good does not realize its inherent qualities or know of anything else, a basically ethnocentric society. And with evil, it is the same thing. Without the villains, the heroes themselves are but ordinary people. So, I understand the reason for these cards. I am a fan of both the Hero sets in existence, why, just because. I am also a fan of many other authors who themselves have created balanced and undeniably great Hero sets. I'll need a day to figure out the theme and overall over-effectiveness of each card. Once I get my opinion down, I re-reply.
