This is my first attepmt to create a full set of cards based on any one theme. Since every Hero has a Villain, why not the Elemental Heroes? This set is to match what is available in Elemental Hero cards. I will put the Hero card it is intended to match in parenthesis next to the name of the Villain card. Since there is so much Hero Support cards and Fusions, too, it will take a but to put this all together. So I'll start with all of the Elemental Villains first, then do their Fusions, and then their Spell and Trap support later on. Here we go:

THE ELEMENTAL VILLAINS:

ELEMENTAL VILLAIN THE POISONIST (E-HERO AVIAN)
EARTH/Insect 4-star
ATK/ 1200 DEF/ 1200
"A former scientist whose experiments on himself have gone horribly wrong, he now seeks chaos and destruction. He blames the world for his condition. Only the efforts of Elemental Hero Avian has kept his villainy at bay. But with newfound help from an evil being from another universe, the Poisonist soon shall have the destruction he craves."

ELEMENTAL VILLAIN CHILL FACTOR (E-HERO BURSTINATRIX)
WATER/Warrior 4-star
ATK/1400 DEF/900
"He wishes to plunge the Earth into another Ice Age. He does not do this for power, pride or riches. He does this to seek the attentions of Burstinatrix, who he obsesses for. He knows that he cannot get close to her, but he still creates chaos with his sub-zero attacks to have her come to him. His obsession may doom us all."

ELEMENTAL HERO TALON (E-HERO CLAYMAN)
WIND/Winged-Beast 4-star
ATK/2000 DEF/800
"After being disfigured in an accident, Talon blames his physical scars on the failed rescue of Elemental Hero Clayman, when it was actually Clayman who saved him from certain doom. Now, by making a pact with an evil being from another universe, he gained tremendous power to plot his revenge on Clayman and the rest of the Elemental Heroes."

ELEMENTAL VILLAIN THE TEMPTRESS (E-HERO SPARKMAN)
DARK/Warrior 4-star
ATK/1600 DEF/1400
"Once saved by Sparkman, she wanted to express her gratitude and sought out to be by Sparkman's side at all times. Sparkman rejected her advances, choosing to stay true to his duties and forsake love in order to protect the masses. The Temptress now seeks to expose Sparkman's secret identity. She thinks if his identity is exposed to the world, Sparkman can no longer fight the forces of evil and can focus all of his attention on her."

ELEMENTAL VILLAIN LADY CINDER (E-HERO BUBBLEMAN)
FIRE/Pyro/Effect 4-star
ATK/1000 DEF/1200

If this monster is on the field while an "Elemental Villain Lord Cinder" is on the field, it gains 500 ATK for each "Elemental Villain Lord Cinder" on the field. If this monster is destroyed in battle while an "Elemental Villain Lord Cinder" is on the field, draw 1 card.

ELEMENTAL VILLAIN LORD CINDER (E-HERO NEO BUBBLEMAN)

I haven't gone fully into the set but it seems that you have been thinking real hard about these Villains. I'll look into them in detail later but nice work. I have seen a whole plethora of E-Villains, and this might be the number two set. Why don't you try looking at the www.fanfiction.net (http://www.fanfiction.net) story by Seeker of the Soul called Rising Star to the Heavens. There is a tag duel with a certain bad guy that involves another set of E-Villains. Look into the them, maybe you'll get a few ideas for a few more. From what I did see, you have only one small problem. You based each on a particular E-hero instead of trying to make them entirely separate and unique. Of course, the fanfiction.net story did the same for a few of the unfused mons. Nice work, and godspeed.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, gentleman. I've really been working hard to make these cards good, without being broken. I know that some of their effects match their E-Hero counterparts, but some of them offer some really cool, original effects, like Savage Soul and Lord Celsius, for example. I'm kind of following the Comic Book Logic, where every Hero has their equal and oppposite Villain. The powers may seem similar, but I think I've made most of them pretty unique for each one. I've even changed some of the ATK/DEF values from their E-Hero counterparts, because as you know, a hero is as good as their villain. I'll be posting the Spell and Trap Support in a few days.

Actually, I think that the effects are kind of tame. Even if they are broken or possible for bannng, this is a FANTASY card list, so it's not like it really matters. By the way, which ones do you think are broken or bannable? I'd really like to know.

I looked at them, and I have to say. A few may be broken, and of couse, if they were real, a few would be banned or restricted, but I must say, being an E-Hero fan, I would seriously run this as a personal deck. I might look into even more detail later to possibly tone down or up a little for these mon. Makes me want to develop my Tempus Heroes' enemies, the Chronoppressors. I will eventually, but man, hard to do. Thanks for the inspiration, dude. Mind if I use them later in my fic, it won't be until arc 2 but would love to do this.

I don't mind at all. It's a compliment, thank you. Just remember to give me some credit, bro!!! (LOL). If you could, please write which cards specifically you think are broken. Maybe i could tweak them a bit so that if they were ever to exist, they might exist at 1 or 2 cards a deck. Though personally, I don't think that any of them are that bad at all. I still respect your opinion, though, so please write which ones you see could use a little maintinence.

Actually, most of them are balanced and "E-heroey" but a few weren't quite there yet effect or attack wise. I have looked at and did my best to pick out those that needed it. I may have missed a few, and I can pretty much guarantee it to be true. Well, here's what I was able to get.

Lady Cinder-you might try to make its DEF a bit so that its effect isn't quite that easy to activate but still more available. I suggest a 400 DEF raise. Also I suggest only a one card draw by battle. If by card effect, a two card draw. That way you can still keep the original effect but with a little tweak.

Chaotica-this one I had trouble tweaking down, as much as I wanted not to. With this card, I recommend that you must choose only one of the effects you listed. I suggest using the effect for Main Phase 2, to make it unique but connected to Necroshade. Oh, and switch the ATK/DEF. I thought this might make it a bit defendable.

Cryonic-change the wording a little to make its effect activated when it was normal summoned and instead of 200 per Villain, make it a 150 LP to make it imaginative

Henchman-though this is similar to Hero Kid, make the sp. sum. Henchman non-tributable. As with all henchman, a villain must have it's underlings to do the dirty work.

Savage Soul-the wording is a little off. You want to attack the s/t as mons, I liked the idea but the wording on an actual card will not appear as this text. It would be more appropriate to sacrifice its attack to destroy one s/t on field. This is the same with its fusion, Savage Vulture.

Anti-Matter Neutrino Magus-I think you almost got it here. If you want the mon here to have its ATK/DEF match a selected opp mon, I think you must up the cost of gaining its effect by another card from the hand, a total of two, but this is only an uncertain suggestion.

Anti-Matter Frost Hammerhead-the only thing I can think of is a reduction of the attack increase by 400. A 200 ATK boost for the card's in opp's hand should be enough, besides, time it right and this card's ATK would have gone up 3600 ATK, too much for a lv3.

Fusions:

Cold Venom (nice name, by the way, as well as Dark Water Phantom)-the 2nd effect is a bit too powerful. I suggest that it be changed to if it was destroyed in battle by an opp's mon, reduce the ATK of that mon by half of this card's ATK.

Ominous-the only thing I saw in this was that it needed a 100 ATK reduction.

Queen of Despair-just a wording problem, remove the last sentece of the effect. It is really not needed.

Catastrophe-if you change the all of its effect's wording to on the turn it was fusion summoned, should be fine

Lord Celsius-its FIRE attribute effect wording to the opp's next Draw phase, and it'll be alright. That one word says a lot.

Neutrino Antious-the wording is funny. Change it to just selecting one od opp's mon upon fusion summoning and discarding to use its effect once per turn.

Spell:

Villain's Lair-its effect is a bit too much. I suggest doing what I did when I was making a Natural Villain's set for my fic and a fan. Make it when an opp's stronger mon attacks a E-Villain, their Atk lowers by 1000 ATK. But only just a suggestion.

As far as I can tell, this is all I can see but these are but suggestions. If you wanted, you do not have to change a thing. Most of it, I only saw a wording problem and, if I had the time, I would go and find more of them, as I am sure there are. Only like seven or eight of them were needed in changing in effect in my eyes. Now the banning or restriction of these cards would be up to you. Oh, and thanks for the expressed permission of their use. I might actually change the second chapter of my unposted fic's duel to include these cards, though I would still need their descriptions to make them come alive. You have an email address you would not mind giving me? I would like a second opinion on my fic. For now, it has three chapters and I am not convinced I portrayed an independent and sarcastic girl correctly. They are drafts but the second chapter has the other set of E-Villains I was talking about, the Villains created by Seeker of the soul. I also introduce a few new cards, a Metamorphosed version of each of the original E-Heroes (i.e. mons that are similar in nature to E-hero Bubbleman and E-Hero Neo Bubbleman) plus fusions of each. Those E-villains, all being rivals of other E-Heroes, have their fusions of different fusion material, except for Tainted water, which I acquaint it with Rampart Blaster. Can't wait for the s/t support.

...Bumping.....Sorry for the delay in posting the S/T support. I've been too busy to sit down and write them out. I'll see if I can make some time this coming weekend to finish this post.

I have no problem with that. I have enough patience when it comes to everything, especially when it comes to my fave sets coming into fruition, this being one of many. Take your time but not too much. I want to see the thought placed into them, your very blood and sweat. That is what makes a great CAC and since these mons are well thought out, the s/t support can wait until they, too, serve them as the same support does for the E-heroes.

I can only imagine the duel b/w these and the Heroes. Wonder what the match-up would be against my own Hero set, the Tempus Heroes? With the way I built them, I doubt your mons could keep up with their speed, but if they could hold out in patience, they could probably wait until they deckout. Meh, the random thoughts that come to my head as I wait.
