This card only has 1 drawback, having 10 monsters in the remove pile. There are many advantages to this card, infinite reasons. 10 monsters is a lot of monsters removed.

i might lower it to 8 cards, or even 5 like pot of avarice. any views?

I think 10 is a bit much but macro with rats, tomatos, nimbles, ect, you should be able to get the job done. 8 sounds a lot better than 10.

macro would stop rats, tomatoes and nimbles from working, but i think i'll lower it to somewhere between 6-8 cards

no ten sounds good. but if you lower it you could say add your hand to your deck and draw 5 new cards. and if you dont have a hand then you just draw 3 cards.

lower it to 5 and sorta be a POA for removed monsters :D (Marcros decks would benifit from this :D)

I actually thought up of a much similar card. Here's what I came up with:
Reversal of Destiny
Normal Spell
Take 10 cards from your graveyard, and shuffle them back into your deck. Then draw 3 cards.
Personally, the way you had it, it was a lot less playable, and would have few real uses. Especially considering it required 10 RFG monsters which would've beeen a pain to have.
