Rare Candys - IV's

hey i am doing some breeding for my pokemon so i can get some good iv's and well u can't calculate iv's if they are at a low lvl so i was thinking of raising them with rare candies to lvl 15 but i dont know where to find all these rare candies or if there is another way to calculate iv's can someone please help me with this?

Clone em from emerald, or buy them with BPs but they cost a lot of BPs

Theyre all over the game, just look everywhere. You can buy them with BP as well, and if youve got Emerald, then cloning them would be the most efficient way.

Isn't there a Level Modifier function through either WiFi or PBR? Try using that to find out your base stats.

i have a few questions
a. how do you clone stuff in emerald?? what does cloning mean also lol and how does it show you ur iv's.

b. how do you trade stuff from emerald to pearl?

c. how do you do the wifi thing to show iv's... if you can answer this one then the other two can be ignored :P

Take the Pokemon(s) that you want to check the IVs of, go into WiFi and have a level 100 battle, while youre there you write down all of the stats of the Pokemon you brought, and then run. Then you run them through an IV calculator using the stats you got from the WiFi battle. Remember to write them down in order so you know whats what! :p
