whenever a card is put into an opponents graveyard form anywhere but play you may search that opponents library for a copy of that card and remove it from the game then shuffle that opponents library.

though some part of me abhors such violence, we do what we must to root out the cancers that eat us from within

this really shouldnt make a game any longer then the merfolk extractor did, just never play it in multiplayer.

Im an Archmage, Im an Archmage, Im an Archmage!1

Apart from the typos, it looks mostly right. "Anywhere but" has never appeared on a magic card, but it makes sense. I'd prefer "Anywhere other than", but whatever.

Don't forget to shuffle.

Gamewise, this is way overpowered. Imagine mesmeric orb. Imagine Brain Freeze.

Ruleswise, this is very impractical. You'll be searching your opponent's library several dozen times over the course of the game and win on time.

It seems you've posted 67 posts since your archmage card. /=O.

My suggestion:

"Opponents can't play spells with the same name as any card in his or her graveyard. (Lands aren't spells)"

It works as both monoblack and white black, but I don't think it's very blue.

If you insist upon going the milling route, a "If an opponent would draw a card, he or she reveals the top card of his or her library instead" could work.

thanks for the advice, i think...
im a bit con-fused tho, you say its not useful yet it is also over powered.
would it be alright with everyone ir i made it an imprint thing and playing with hands revealed as to make it a faster process?
or would that make it too wordly?
any more suggestions?

I really don't think that it's white at all. Congrats on the watchyamacallit. Oh yea, and I'd expect more of you then to do something like curse at others for not posting.
