Ruins of Nivix comes into play with three ghost counters if you played it from your hand.

Ruins of the Sunhome comes into play with three ghost counters if you played it from your hand.
:t: Add 1 to your mana pool.

Ruins of Svogthos

Ruins of Svogthos comes into play with three ghost counters if you played it from your hand.
:t: Add 1 to your mana pool.
3BGT Remove a ghost counter from ~. You lose one life. Put into play a 1/2 zombie token that has "This creature gets +1/+1 for each creature in your graveyard". Sacrifice it at the end of the turn.

Usually there is something wrong with my individual cards, so they will probably be some problems with ten. Please help me fix them if they are; I'm not trying to get you to do the cards for me, I just want advice.

-I just noticed the sacrifice clause, remember that tokens are summon sick too, so that needs to change. The first one is fine without it, the second one pull the prevention off and the sacrifice clause.

And BTW, RuffledBunnez, I just made 8 more, and if they don't get sacrificed at the end of the turn everything will get screwed up. Help... Plz...

You do realize that no one outside of red is going to play them right?


Figure out how to fix them yourself first.

Also wording should look like this:

Ruins of Svogthos comes into play with three ghost counters if you played it from your hand.
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
Pay one life, Remove a ghost counter from Ruins of Svogthos, 3BG, T: Put a 1/2 zombie token with “This creature gets +1/+1 for each creature in your graveyard” into play. Sacrifice it at the end of the turn.


Remember your colons. Those are very important as it is the line between playable and overpowering in some cases.

If you put the remove a ghost counter or lose one life as an effect, you can use the ability even if you have no life or the land has no ghost counters. Unless you add some "If you do" text, but that lengthens the text needlessly.

I'm not sure what the ordering is suppose to be for the 3rd ability's cost thought.

I stand by what I said for the first two
Nivix-drop sac clause and low p/t to 1/1
Orzhova-thrulls don't have flying, or pinging for that matter, try making them modeled after basal thrull or after a 2/2 lifelink, drop sac clause.
Sunhome-drop sac clause, and p/t to 2/2
Novijen-sac clause, fine just word it correctly, green 0/1 Elf Mutant creature token with graft 2.
Rix maadi-As a whole, I wouldn't make the tokens anymore complicated than keyword abilities, and zombie tokens are almost always 2/2's so how about goblin zombie with swamp and mountainwalk. Sac clause
Vhitu Ghazi-Sac clause, I'm just going to say that with double "" from now on. Up mana cost by one, oh an up Rix Maadi by one as I'm just now noticing.
Duskmantle-"". I suppose thats ok, but up mana cost by 1
Svogthos-"". I'd go for direct lhurgofyish wording and p/t, and It needs to cost like three more as not to be a better version of the real Svog.

Skaarg needs to cost 2-3 more.

I'll take your advice, but Mourning Thrull is an orzhov creature, and has flying. Also, I'm not changing the mana costs. If I have too, I'll change the abilities, but the mana costs are based on the original guildhall lands.

lol svogthos, Rix maady and Skaarg are pretty much already ruins even befor the events of the ravnica storyline...

only trouble i see is that alot of the creature these put into play have tap ability AND a sac at end of turn clause and no hasty-ness wich makes then sorta useless.
