Well, we already have enough "Monarch" cards as is, so making more seems rather redundant, but they're good nonetheless. The Divine Monarch is rather broken; being able to get a card from either player's Graveyards for an easy Tribute Summon, although Monarchs are supposed to be overpowered. Either way, they're nice, but again, we have enough Monarchs as is. :P
