Strike of Neos plain and simple! :)
The "Six Samurai" cards are in there and THAT is a nice deck to start making.
Cyberdark Impact isnt that good really, so get Strike of Neos, and don't let nobody change your mind, it will not do you good.:D
EDIT: If you combo examples here: Six Samurai + Ultimate Offering, Six Samurai + Backs to the Wall, Summoning Grandmaster, then Shien, and a Six Samurai.
Anybody can say Strike of Neos has better cards.

Cyberdark Impact was a bad set. It only had three game changing cards: Snipe Hunter, Chain Strike, and Accumulated Fortune (all of which are commons). Everything else in there is garbage like the new Level monsters. If you really want Cyberdark monsters, just by a bunch of Zane packs. STON has a lot of better cards. It has great side deck tech like Twister and Pulling the Rug (both of which are in high demand), and you can easily make a deck out of it using the Six Samurai cards, and it also has Neo-Spacian Grand Mole which was a really great monster printed. It also has new Secret Rares which are pretty valuable. So Strike of Neos is the answer to all three of your questions.

Edited for correctness. Don't let anyone tell you any different. STON is still the way to go, though. Far better set.

Force of the Breaker is highly overrated, but at least it beats out Cyberdark Impact hands down!!
Get Strike of Neos and just buy x3 Raiza as Singles. You'll have all you need from FotB after that...
As for Vanity's Fiend.... Hellhound, What Meta are you playing in where it changed anything?? It probably gets .000000000001% play.
