pokémon sapphire help!!!

ok i have 7 badges i cannot seem to find out how to get to evergrande city,and my most problem im having now is finding what you need to make pokeblocks!:( i have berries but were do i get the pokeblock case or whatver from! i mean i have played almost every pokemon game out there and seen every episode of the show! but,please,please,please HELP ME!!!!

If you have 7 badges then you need the sootopolis rain badge to be able to use waterfall and go to ever grande city.

The pokeblock case can be got from slateport city from within the contest hall, talk to a little girl, she will say "i have two so you can have one" then gives you the pokéblock case.

ok,i got the case and everything which is great! but,now on my pokenav it says i am right beside sootopolis city.but i see nothing but a big rock-like thing.i dived underwater and saw nothing so what could be wrong?:(

Keep searching underwater. You'll eventually find a cave. Enter, and go up.

i am there now. but now an even bigger problem has arose: weres the sootopolis gym leader?!:eek:

Did you beat Archie/Maxie yet? If not, you've got to beat them before you can get into the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis.
